I had a brilliant service from a technician from GDF Huntingdon yesterday. I had been advised not to use my garage up and over door as it was very unsafe by another company when they visited for a quote. I then as one should ,decided to get GDF Huntingdon for a quote . The engineer fully examined all parts of the garage door and said the door was perfectly safe to use . Yes it was old but certainly did not need to be replaced unless I wanted a different type or coloured door !, How very refreshing to find a company with staff who are really honest, polite and explain exactly what needs or not to be done. I will definitely go back to this company if and when a fault occurs or new door is required. Thank you GDF .Highly recommended.

Not necessity the cheapest, but booking to arrival of the engineer was less than 3 hours! He did a great job, sorting out my jammed door and fully lubricating everything. It now works better than it did before it jammed !!

Great service from start to finish, including answering my initial enquiry on a Sunday! Within two days of that enquiry my garage door was fixed at a very reasonable price. Excellent.

Paul came to see me the same day I rang for help. He fixed the problem in a short time and from chatting I knew he had many years experience working with roller doors etc. I d use the company again, if necessary, as the service was good & they gave a price there and then so I knew what it was going to cost straight away.

Requested quote on Sunday Morning had a reply within a couple of hours. Engineer survey on Monday, quoted same day and new door Tuesday Engineers were excellent.

I was hoping for a repair but the fitter advised that, with the age and condition of the door and mechanism, he couldn t be sure that a similar problem wouldn t arise. A very pleasant, polite guy who cut the cables, lowered the previously stuck door, and made the garage secure for me. Spoke to a lady to order the door and, about 10 minutes later, a gentleman from the office called to arrange installation for late this Friday morning. Swift, efficient service. We have lived at the property for 10 years, so garage door was obviously older than that.

The company let me know exactly what was happening and to expect the man to arrive. Sam arrived as agreed and fixed the door. 10 out of 10. Many thanks

I wanted something checking with my garage door. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and Kevin called within six hours of me making initial contact with the company. It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. I would have no hesitation in awarding this company five stars from my contact with them today if I have any need for ongoing maintenance to my garage door they will be my go to company. I have no hesitation in recommending them given the level of service I received today. It was so nice to receive prompt service from a local engineer.

Came out promptly engineer was brilliant and saved our bacon by fixing our broken roller doll. Brilliant communication from all involved.
